Quick and easy recipe to make cookies with the mixture of gelatin

Everyone loves homemade cookies, but some of us think we have time to do. Wrong! Not having to take all day or night to whip a batch of delicious homemade sweets. For parents or grandparents young children, I think it is particularly important for them to have in the kitchen occasionally to help cook. This recipe is very simple for those who think they have time! These cookies are gelatin good for children. They like to press the dough with a glass with sugar.

JELLO COOKIES

Butter 3 / 4 cup
Sugar 1 / 2 cup
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 1 / 2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 package (3 oz) fruit flavored gelatin (your choice)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a large bowl cream butter and sugar until smooth. Stir gelatin powder, egg and vanilla and mix well. In another bowl mix the baking powder, flour and salt. Add flour mixture to the mix sugar and mix well. Roll the dough into 3/4-inch balls. Click on a greased cookie sheet with a small ship, the sinking fund sugar. (Rub a small amount of butter in the bottom of the glass to get the sugar to stick the first time. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until what little gold.

Note: You can add a few drops of food coloring to enhance the color of the gelatin, if desired.

Enjoy!
