simple (cost effective) recipe for good homemade cookies?
I’m looking for a way to make a ton of homemade cookies from scratch. I want to buy materials cheap, have a simple recipe, and I’m looking to make a ton of medium-big sized cookies (a size you would pay $1 to buy). I was hoping to make a batch, put them in the oven while I’m mixing the next batch, and just turn and burn production for a few hours. I have 1 night to really have at it.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 stick of Parkay Margarine
1/2 cup Crisco shortening
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
2+ 3/4 cup Pillsbury flour + 2 Tlbs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla ( not imitation)
<12 oz bag Nestle Toll house Semi-Sweet Morsels
Soften margarine slightly in microwave ( do not melt). Add all ingredients except choc chips in the order listed and blend well but do not overmix.( If you have dough hooks use them). Stir in choc chips. Make exactly 26 large spoonfuls of dough on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375 for 9 minutes, turn pan 180 degrees and bake 2-4 minutes more till lightly brown.
This is the easiest and best choc chip recipe. They are chewy, soft & look store bought & they always gets a ton of compliments! You could easily sell them for $1 ea.
