¿I can freeze chocolate chips homemade cookie dough?
I make double batches and only bake a few cookies a day to have cool. ¿I can freeze the dough I can do? What is the golden rule with this.
Yep. I do it all the time. I do a lot of dough, bake half it, and freeze half for another day. If you plan to bake some cookies just at a time, will have to freeze the dough into pieces the size cookies so you can eliminate a couple of biscuits worth at a time. To do this, out cookie-sized balls of dough, place on a baking sheet and place in freezer. Once the dumplings are frozen, you can put in a bag and store in the freezer.
