Everyone has a sweet tooth, at least occasionally. In This article gives several recipes for sweets to satisfy sweet tooth pain. BLUEBERRY MUFFINS ICE
1 cup ice cream vanilla
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup fresh blueberries

Combine the ice and flour, stirring just until moistened. Add blueberries. Place mixture in the pulp paper lined muffin cups, filling each 2/3s full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

OLD Fashion Square WALNUT
1 egg
1 cup brown sugar *
At teaspoon vanilla 1 / 2
Flour 1 / 2 cup
Baking soda 1 / 8 c. Tea
Tsp salt 1 / 2
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 8-inch square, set aside.

In a bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add brown sugar and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Add nuts chopped and mix well. Pour into a greased pan and bake. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until the top crust was dull. Cut into squares and serve hot.

* For diabetics, replace 1 / 2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend

Note: Serve with dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream, if desired.

White Chocolate Oreo Truffles
1 package (18 ounces) chocolate alfajores stuffed white, finely chopped
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 kilo of white baking chocolate, melted

In a large bowl, combine the crushed cookies with cream cheese. Beat with electric mixer on low speed until well blended. Form 1 inch balls. Dip the balls in white chocolate in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. To store, Cover and refrigerate.

Yield: 50 truffles. For the truffle: 115 calories, 13 g carbohydrate, 2 g protein, 7 g fat (3 saturated)

CHERRY SORBET
A book bag and frozen boneless red cherries, thawed
Sugar 2 / 3 cup
1 / 4 cup corn syrup light
6 milk chocolate candy-covered cherries
Hard ice cream chocolate shell
Maraschino cherries for garnish, if desired

In a blender, a cake of mashed red cherries with sugar and corn syrup. Refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour.

Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and put it in an ice cream maker. Freeze the mixture according to manufacturer's instructions. Remove the mixture into a container to freezer and freeze proof for two hours. Place an aluminum mold coated with a baking sheet in the freezer.

Use a spoon Ice cream, sorbet scoop to scoop to fill it completely. Make a slit and insert it into the center of the chocolate covered candy cherry. Cover with cherry sorbet over. Release picked up the straw into the mold of jelly. Repeat 5 tablespoons of doing. Refrozen and freeze.

To serve sorbet servings, put each on a plate. Press some chocolate ice cover on the sorbets. Top of each long stem maraschino cherries, if desired. Serve immediately.
