What kind of homemade sandwiches I have to do for college students?

Someone is already making cookies, so I want do something that is not sweet. You need to be fairly easy to transport (so nothing hot). I could always buy chips, but that seems a little lame.

The university not to eat free. It's a shame not to? I would ask something like banana nut bread or homemade coffee cake, as I remember home. I can eat potatoes chips and cookies almost every day.
